If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us by e-mail at info@perdizion.es within a maximum period of 7 business days from receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem is. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a satisfactory solution and indicate the steps to follow.
If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transport, we will send you a new product or we will refund the amount corresponding to the credit card account with which you paid (this will not apply if the products have been damaged because the recipient was not available to receive the package). In any case, it will be necessary for you to send us a photograph of the damaged product.
